Facebook Blocking Blacklist!

After having a small debate with a windows company using my facebook account i notice i can no longer message them or leave a comment which is fair enough however, when i go to other local window companies i am also finding myself blocked from messaging, leaving a review, in fact the only place i can comment is underneath other peoples reviews so they must not be able to block there.
I can still contact the very large players but really wanted to get quotes from local companies.
I am wondering if the first company has somehow flagged me in order to do this multiple block.
I find this very rude that they can stop me contacting others even though i could just use someone else account to ask questions, it's not the point.
Has anybody experienced this before because i'm not very technical on fb!

Use another communications method, telephone, email, letter or face to face. I've never needed to communicate with a business on Facebook and I can't see any need to start now.

When i phone them it is always the same thing "we will send our salesman to your address" etc, i found this a good way of getting bits of Information without the whole dales pitch.

I've found the local glazing companies just measure up and quote, either then or later, in and out very fast. It's only the big nationals that do the three hour sales waffle.
