Does car registration address need to match insurance?
I currently keep my car at my parents house as I’m not a confident driver so I don’t want to keep it at my address yet, so I’ve insured it under my parents address which currently matches my licence. I recently changed the registered address to my current flat as I did plan to move it here and get a parking permit and change the insurance/licence address but the car needed some repairs so it’s still at my parents. So basically I wondered if I was breaking any laws or invalidating my insurance at all? So the car is kept at my parents, the insurance is under my parents address as is my license, but the registration is now my new address. Is this alright or should I change the registration back to my parents address for the time being? Thanks for any help and advice!

What you have done is fine. The only address the insurance company will care about is that you have truthfully stated where it is kept.0
