    Yes - they'll need to provide proof that they have a contractual right to provide parking "services" on that land, and that said contract allows them to pursue motorists to court in their own name.

    Hello. I have submitted a SAR and they have sent me all the correspondence. They also sent me a pay by phone and ticket machine search for my car reg with a nil return. They have sent me photos of the signage on display in the car park. What now? Should I pay the £600? Or let it go to court?
