Final update for everyone.
My court date was the 15th July
I had until 1st July to submit WS etc. However I was waiting until the last minute to post out.
Yet today with 1 week left before the deadline, I recieved a letter
"We enclose by way of service our clients Notice of Discontinuance, a copy of which has been filed at court"
So I guess that solves that!0 -
