peter vardy have a used car on their website I am interested in however it is not at the branch in my city but one of their other national branches. Do you have to collect from the location or will they transport up for you? Also how does it work with haggling? if said car was at my local branch chances are i'm guessing i could talk them down at least a little from the tag price but bc it's not does that mean i essentially forfeit that bonus?

You can haggle but you're not in a strong position.

I expect you either have to go to the location or at least agree to buy it first if you expect it to be transported around the country.
