I've seen mention of this on other forums and on the community boards but I am finding ebay 'help'not helpful at all to fully explain the process. It seems that if you tick the 'RMA number' box in sell preferences then you will be given the option to send your own label. This works for me as I can buy postage below the face value which will be cheaper than paying ebay £3 for a lebel, whatever the real cost of the postage.
I'm sure that ebay are raking off some profit for all of these labels as well!
