Relative has just had Virgin Media installed VOIP, fibre and TV. VM have also installed a Burnside unit for emergencies.
Since installation there is an echo on the line when dialling out (most calls) but more annoying is everytime I call them from my mobile after a few seconds sometimes a minute the line goes dead so I have to redial.
Any idea what is causing this, could there be a fault? Is it the Burnside unit causing problems? Never any problems prior to VM install.
