Hello
I've purchased graphics card via flubit.com (market simillar to amazon) Product have 3 years warranty, it failed after 2 years, I've contacted manufacturer who told me to contact seller. Now problem I have is, I purchased via Flubit.com product arrived from Ebuyer who is no longer trading on Flubit.com, contacted Flubit who informed me that I have to contact Ebuyer directly as they are no longer providing service from flubit and he attached invoice from Ebuyer.
I have contacted Ebuyer send them invoice. The replay saying they no longer trade on Flubit and they cannot find this order. I'm pretty sure if there is invoice they are required by law to keep records? it's been only 2 years, what can I do ? Do I contact manufacturer?
Thank You

I suspect the warranty is with the manufacturer so yes, after this length of time, contact them. Presumably you have your warranty paperwork?0
