New lean-to, door, soffits etc for bay. £8k?

I have been quoted a fixed price of just under £8k for the following:
Supply and fit 3.5m x 2.5m lean to conservatory (awkward angles) with half glass, poly roof, lay insulated concrete base, divert guttering where needed, double socket, cladding to rear wall.
Soffits, facias and cladding to bay window.
Supply and fit UPVC door, frame, and cladding above.
All include locks, safety glass and 10 year full guarantee.
We are in Yorkshire.
Price is fixed and includes VAT.
