Silent Auction Card Payments

I am organising a charity coffee morning and have just discovered Silent Auctions which would be a really great fit to help raise additional funds for the charity.

The event will be hosted by my church on behalf of the charity.

This is a one-off event. Some of the items are going to be high-ticket and to raise as much money as possible I would like to be able to take card payments.

What is the best way of taking card payments, that is easy as a one-off event and ensures that the charity gets as much money as possible?

Thanks so much in advance ...

I would say get a sum up card machine https://sumup.co.uk/

They will take 1.69% but there is no monthly charges, of course this could then be kept to take card payments in the future.
