This is my experience too. The phone is answered quickly, you have to re-explain everything you have before and then told you will be called back or an email sent.2. Solarplicity customer call centre are now a CALL BACK team, but they NEVER CALL YOU BACK. I have called them SINCE NOVEMBER to try and sort this out.
This never happens. I've been told so many times someone will call or email. They NEVER do.0 -
What was it - 2 months afterOfgem lifted the ban on Solarplicty taking on new customers? - and Solarplicity has just gone bust. Shocking, negligent and complicit by Ofgem.0
