    This is my experience too. The phone is answered quickly, you have to re-explain everything you have before and then told you will be called back or an email sent.

    This never happens. I've been told so many times someone will call or email. They NEVER do.
  • What was it - 2 months afterOfgem lifted the ban on Solarplicty taking on new customers? - and Solarplicity has just gone bust. Shocking, negligent and complicit by Ofgem.
