Do ANPR images prove you've parked??

Just had a thought.....

Does two pictures of your car entering and leaving a car park prove you parked your car there??

I appreciate it implies you've parked there...but wouldn't it be hilarious if POLA or the courts said the scumcos needed pics of your car stationary over a period of time [greater than the allowed time]......

PE would be broke overnight!!!

The certainly don't prove you've parked

Depending on the length on time you were in the Car Park, might be a bit difficult to say you didn't
Private Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA :D

one of the flaws with anpr is that it doesnt show a vehicle parked, for example double dip cases

ANPR is time on premises ... that's when it's working properly and not double dipping.

Turning of the electricity supply to the cameras is the only answer

Guess I'll need to check and see if the signs say 'time on premises' as opposed to 'parking'
