5.4 The winner and their companion must travel to arrive in Scotland on specific dates in October 2019.

If the Prize winner and their companion are unable to travel at the specified times the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries.

All activities, travel and accommodation are subject to availability, weather conditions and are subject to the individual operator's standard terms and conditions.

5. Prize

5.1 The Prize (as described below) will be awarded to one (1) winner. The winner will be able to choose one travel companion to accompany them on the trip.

5.2 The "Prize" comprises of:

The Balmoral x2 nights in the J.K Rowling Suite
Rabbies 4-day Outlander tour.
The Stirling Highland hotel x2 nights
HES access pass to sites e.g. Stirling Castle (other film/TV sites)

5.3 If required in order for the winner to take up the Prize, the winner and their travel companion will also receive an economy class return flight to Scotland as part of the Prize, as agreed by the Promoter and subject to booking availability. The departure point, dates and airline will be chosen by the Promoter and restrictions may apply. Where the winner is a resident of Scotland, or does not require return flights to Scotland in order to take up the Prize for any other reason, no cash or other subsitution/equivalent will be provided to the winner.
