If you use Quidco a lot, it is easy to forget or miss some of the transactions. To be fair Quidco have paid all of my recent enquires without any problem and it is surprising how they mount up and could amount to a large value at the end of the year!!
Quidco
Quick,Use,It,Don't,Click,On Without Quidco!!!!!
On a follow on from this, if your transaction have not tracked after a few days, (sometimes upto two weeks) then you will need to submit an enquiry.
First log in:- then
Click on the Enquiry tab https://www.quidco.com/earnings/enquiries/
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the missing or incorrect earnings https://www.quidco.com/help/47/Missing or Incorrect Earnings

Getting Started and Transaction Tracking Troubleshooting
A newer enquiry has been marked sent but older enquiries are still at 'ready to send'
The merchant I want to make an enquiry on does not appear in the drop-down list
Transactions not completed wholly online
I would like to make a change to an existing enquiry
I have an enquiry that has resolved itself
Then select the tab that applies to you queryIncorrect Earnings Amounts
Missing Transactions
Incorrectly Declined Transactions
I am waiting for an existing enquiry to be resolved
For ExampleSubmit an earnings enquiry
Then just submit the details as asked for. Quidco will then send the enquiry and they will update you with the progress.
Don't just say oh well that did not track, not lost anything. Submit your enquiry!!
Hope this helps some of you, espically the ones with the large amounts!!:hello:

HSBC and A&L online savers
Reference earlier postings these two threads might help
The suggestion is the successful trackings are average 2 days HSBC and an hour A&L with quite a number of HSBC including mine now a week and not tracked.

Apologies if this has been asked before
Just about to renew car insurance and noticed Churchill have £100 cashback offer. I've gone in through quidco and got a great quote - that's before you get the £100 back. I saved the quote.
So question is, will quidco still allow me cashback when I go back in?
If your car insurance equates to more than 12.50 per month, you would probably be better off using Lloyds/TSB 75.00 cashback + 12 months for price of 10 offer via quidco.
I went through the above in november when Lloyds/TSB cashback was 90.00 and Churchill was a lower cashback, was a Churchill policy i got through Lloyds/TSB.
Clear your cookies and try Lloyds/TSB link, obv create new quote. rather than using saved quote.0 -

Thanks for submitting your enquiry. We're going to hold it on ice for two weeks just to make absolutely sure that it does not track in normally. If it does appear in your normal transaction list while in this status please mark this enquiry "Deleted"! The next status is called "Being Processed" which is when we take your enquiry off ice and review it to make sure you have the right info entered. When this happens we will send you another ticket update message. "0 -

For them not to even acknowledge your enquiries is just pure ignorance and from the postings on here it happens a lot. Try not to give up it's probably what they are hoping you do.Thanx
