Hi all, Can someone help me please. I joined quidco over a year ago and let my money accumulate. I need the money now and I have put my bank account number into my file about 2 weeks ago which wasn't there before. I have £300 in my account and I thought that by giving the information and doing everything that it would go into my bank account. It is still showing in quidco as received but not paid into my bank account.
Could someone please tell me in simple every day language how I can get my money into my bank and how long will it take? Thanks
Taffy
It sound like you missed out being paid on the last payment run because when you change or add new bank details there is a period of 10 days where no payment can be made-I assume this is so that they can check to make sure that the change was done at your request and to stop fraud. You should be able to be included on the nex payment run at the end of this month. Make sure you set your minimum payment amount as £1.00 if you want everything to be paid.
On the Quidco help page it says:
PayPal, BACS and Minimum Payout
In order to get paid, you must have selected either PayPal or BACS as a Payment Method, entered the appropriate payment details and have your Minimum Payout set (to less than your received earnings) in My Settings.
For security reasons, no payments will be made from your account for 10 days after you have changed your payment details. If this occurs during a payment period you will have to wait for the next payment period before your payment will be sent out.'
Hope this helps.0 -

Whenever you change (or add !) your payment details, Quidco put a hold on all payments due to you for 10 days ("for security reasons"). Therefore, if a payment run occurs during this period, you won't be paid and you'll have to wait until the following month, which I suspect is what has happened to you.
If you go to the "payments" tab of your earnings, then the amount owing to you should be showing as "scheduled" (assuming that you've set your payment limit to a figure below £300, which I'm guessing you've already done !). You should then receive your cash in the payment run at the end of May, with the cash arriving in your bank account within the first few days of June.

EDIT: looks like there were a few of us typing our responses at the same time, but at least we're fairly consistent in our replies.:D0 -
thanks so do you only get paid at the end of each month? yes I probably did miss it. If I set my minimum amount to zero now will I get all of it this month? thanks for your reply. taffy

Also, I wouldnt leave my money in Quidco account that long, what happens if the company folds/ceases...you would lose it all
better in your account than theirs...;)0 -

Far better to draw the cash out each month and put it in a savings account to earn a bit of interest. I mean, who's ever heard of a bank going bust.

Not a single one of the searches I gave the other day, collie and cows waistcoat etc, are working today.
In fact the search returns zero results now! I hope folks managed a couple of 10p ones before today.Back to various types of boots I guess.

Work boots are only tracking at 2p for me the last few days. Is anyone else having this problem. I have just tried the sheep waistcoat and wait to see if this will be 10p. Are there any other searches that create 10p?0

Think it depends what result you click on after you've searched for boots. I've sometimes only got 2p and other times 10p - and I can't remember which results they were! Other people have said searching for different types of boots has worked. Safety boots gives 10p too.
Have you tried clicking under categories, on gifts and then anniversaries, then on Brooke donkey sanctuary? So far that's tracked at 10p for me.0
