Same situation with Virgin Bingo here. Was due £50 cashback and after months of payment being pushed back it has been received as 1p. Not expecting Quidco to be much help either.

Do you mean that I can search each of this option and have 30p for the three of them? Or as in 'work boots' doesn't work if you make more than one searching?

You can only do one kelkoo search a day - this post was just an example of things to search for that give 10p and not 2p.

Was just looking at my quidco account and saw that my HSBC Home Insurance £50 status has changed to received - yippeee!!!

Hi all, Can someone help me please. I joined quidco over a year ago and let my money accumulate. I need the money now and I have put my bank account number into my file about 2 weeks ago which wasn't there before. I have £300 in my account and I thought that by giving the information and doing everything that it would go into my bank account. It is still showing in quidco as received but not paid into my bank account.
Could someone please tell me in simple every day language how I can get my money into my bank and how long will it take? Thanks

If you made any changes to your personal details, such as bank a/c etc, you may have missed the payment date at end of last month

PayPal, BACS and Minimum Payout
In order to get paid, you must have selected either PayPal or BACS as a Payment Method, entered the appropriate payment details and have your Minimum Payout set (to less than your received earnings) in My Settings.

For security reasons, no payments will be made from your account for 10 days after you have changed your payment details. If this occurs during a payment period you will have to wait for the next payment period before your payment will be sent out

thanks so do you only get paid at the end of each month? yes I probably did miss it. If I set my minimum amount to zero now will I get all of it this month? thanks for your reply. taffy
