I dont think you would have to make a new account. I have had cashback via quidco buy clicking throught them and using my original ebay account, although I do use the same email address for both of them.

i go through quidco to buy on ebay when i remeber to and my ebay is a different adress and its shown as tracked on my quidco so hope this helps you
