Sorry, can't help with recent questions. I'm getting worried about my Lloyds tsb insurance - took it out Sunday but hasn't tracked yet, but tracking speed is 0-1 days - it's for £120

    Hi

Good news!! Got an update this morning saying my enquiry has been successsful :T

Hopefully this means the wheels are turning, albeit slowly, and we should get paid out eventually. The enquiry took nearly two months, though, which is bad for a SureShop merchant...

You can leave it there. Beware Quidco will take the admin fee for your 'next year' using the site if your not careful though (if you use them for a year)

Yes should of been within a couple of hours. Why don't you raise a ticket after 14days?

Does anyone have a contact number for quidco? I've got an amount showing as recieved in my account scheduled for payment even though i cancelled the order.... It wont let me raise a ticket as its not missing earnings but i shouldnt qualify for this money. It's £14 so not a small amount either.

Can't you use the 'incorrect earnings' form:

    http://www.quidco.com/help/55/

Or maybe use this form here?:

    http://www.quidco.com/contact-us/?category=Bug+Reports

it's for bug reports but if it gets to them then all to the good.
  • You don't need to clear your cookies each time you use a cashback site or use a different browser. Just use firefox + create a quidco profile

    http://www.terinea.co.uk/blog/what-are-firefox-profiles/

Mine automatically starts on homepage as quidco with all cookies clear and I just click to login (it already has my password), then I know its always 100% clean and it doesn't affect my normal browsing. I do have to close my normal profile for a few minutes whilst I do the quidco stuff, but I know it will pretty much track without a hitch.

For those of us who did Auctionair on Quidco has anyone had it validated yet?

Mine still says tracked but not validated yet but it did seem too good to be true, getting £12.50 for nothing !!

Mine has be declined today - never been declined before! :o
