Balance Transfer from Bank Of Ireland to Barclaycard

All,

Does anybody know why Barclaycard cannot balance transfer from Bank Of Ireland?
I am trying to arrange this and they are just syaing that it can't be done!
Does anybody have any alternative ways of doing this transfer or advice?

Are you doing the BT to an overdraft?

Can you ask them to send you some BT cheques? (Don't know if Barclays do them)
Is it the amount of the BT? I think Barclays limit promotional offers to £5k

Did they not say why they couldn't do it?
I'm sure they're not using the same card provider.

No, I have £1300 to transfer from a Baonk Of Ireland (ulster rugby) credit card.

Barclaycard have given me a credit limit of 10000.

I will ask about BT cheques.
I have sent them a secure mail to confirm why they can't do this transfer, overthe phone they said that they didn't have a relationship with this bank?
