The annual allowance covers both your DB and DC pensions. For DC it’s as stated above but for DB you need to ignore what is “paid” as (particularly the employer amount) it is largely notional.
Instead you use the amount of benefits “built up”

The scheme administrator can tell you this.
Personally if it were me, I’d whack as much as I could into the DB scheme!0
