Just to confirm my previous post. Now found guidance confirming that if already found to have LCWRA then the LCWRA element is included regardless of earnings level until such time as a revised decision is made following another WCA.

G1031 The in work gateway allows claimants who are working, but are at risk of not being able to do so, where they
    1. are disabled and entitled to AA, DLA, PIP or AFIP or
    2. start work after being assessed as having LCW or LCWRA
to be assessed or reassessed under the WCA. If they have LCWRA, the LCWRA element will continue to be included in the UC amount until the next WCA is due, or there is a specific reason to carry out a fresh assessment.

    That's good.
With an award of PIP the UC LCWRA element can still be paid even when working more than 16 hours a week.

"If you earn more than the equivalent of 16 hours a week, paid at the National Minimum Wage rate, you will not be able to get either of the capability for work elements unless you are also getting Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment."

    Quick question on that one

Can you have LCWRA and still work part time if you get PIP? I thought it was either fit for all work or fit for none?

PIP is completely unrelated to work. You can work full time and get PIP.

The work related tests are for ESA and UC.
