Whats this thread about? 7 words hardly tells us anything! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Upload an image to your favourite webhosting site - imgur is one, tinypic is another, but there are many many others - and then post a link to it in this thread.
As a new user you will not be able to post a live link put just changing http to hxxp is usually enough to break it.
It would also be a great help if you can describe exactly what your problem is.
I know you have had a letter from Trace, but what led to that - some sort of parking issue I guess.0 -

While you're trying to figure out the photos, it might also be worth taking a look over the NEWBIES thread - this covers the process of dealing with a PCN. Trace Debt Recovery as toothless debt collectors who cannot take you to court. Yes, they threaten, but it isn't them that raises the claim - it is their client (the PPC, or their solicitors).Natwest OD - Start: £1,500 Current: £1,500 | Creation Loan - Start: £2,152.33 Current: £2,082.90 | Barclaycard CC - Start: £5,242.42 Current: £5,416.45 | Novuna Loan - Start: £8,598.43 Current: £8,366.04 | Tesco CC - Start: £9,420.22 Current: £9,885 | Northridge Car - Start: £15,584 Current: £15,017

For transparency, you have sent me a PM with the letter (not at my request), which I have deleted.
If you read the letter carefully, it actually says:Our client has instructed us to assess and prepare your case to take potential legal action against you in the County Court
(bold and underline is my addition)
They cannot take you to court. Don't bin the letter, but don't respond - there is no need. But, you must have a read of the NEWBIES thread to see what a Letter Before Claim looks like, as this is the letter that you must respond to.Natwest OD - Start: £1,500 Current: £1,500 | Creation Loan - Start: £2,152.33 Current: £2,082.90 | Barclaycard CC - Start: £5,242.42 Current: £5,416.45 | Novuna Loan - Start: £8,598.43 Current: £8,366.04 | Tesco CC - Start: £9,420.22 Current: £9,885 | Northridge Car - Start: £15,584 Current: £15,017
