Exclusions for reclaiming PPI

Are there any exclusions for reclaiming mis sold ppi on Bank loans? My father receives disability living allowance and seems to think this won't allow him to reclaim the ppi as he thinks he saw it on a check form a few years ago so try as I might he won't reclaim as he thinks he's not entitled :wall:

    Any benefits he received has nothing to do with the selling of his PPI.

    If he has complaint reasons (not claim reasons), he should submit them.
