    I can't post an image unfortunately, but if interested it says:
    • Certificate of Postage
    • This certificate of postage confirms that the following document has been sent through hybrid mail
    • Delivery class: 2-3 day delivery
    • Delivery provider: iMail - ZatPost
    Just more misleading information from them then!

    Hmmm, I thought iMail was meant to track. Email them back and ask why they haven't provided the tracking if a form of iMail was used, and say you require all notes about posting and delivery under a Subject Access Request.

    I'm not sure it will get anything useful but it's good to waste their time, may as well ask and make yourself a thorn in their side.

    Parking firms are all scammers and deserve every tactic we throw at them.
