Naafi Financial Services/ Warrior Group Ltd

Options
Hello. Has anyone had any dealings with Naffi Financial Services / Warrior Group Ltd? I'm finding it extremely difficult to get any current contact details in order to submit a PPI mis-sold claim. I have searched online but to no avail.
Your time and help in this matter is much appreciated

What makes you think you had PPI through them?

They tend to do forces specific insurance (kit, accident, health cash plan, car, home insurance etc). The healthcare schemes are not regulated by the FCA.

  • I took a Fixed Term Loan out with Naafi Financial Services in March 1996 to purchase a vehicle whilst posted in Germany. I have the Credit Agreement on file together with all documentation relating to loan. Credit Agreement shows that I paid 561.60DM for Payment Protection Insurance.

In 1997 Warrior Services Ltd was formed to acquire NFS.

1996 is nearly a decade prior to regulation. Maybe that is why they mentioned the date.

Does that mean that because it is nearly a decade prior to regulation I haven't got a claim?

Pre-regulation means they are not required to investigate.
