I've recently started the process of applying for the bank charges levied on 2 accounts I held with A&L. Having used the template letter and enclosed my fee for 10 pounds on the 26th of Oct., I received today copies of statements for 1 of the accounts and a detail of correspondence since the opening of that account. They have not provided any info regarding the other account. Should I resend letter number 1 and enclose another 10 pound cheque? Also, after a threatening letter I have paid all monies in full by cheque which they haven't cashed. What does that mean? Thoughts...
