They will still try to wriggle but with a claim that the £60 is fake and

There have been a number of cases for fluttering tickets that have been dismissed. Some judges consider this to be a waste of court time.

Yes many times. The parking vermin and their dodgy solicitors have to bring these claims so they can afford their next cup of costa coffee0 -
