Problems Reading Secure Liberty 100 Smart Meter

I moved to a new energy provider a short while ago. Unfortunately, they won't accept my Day or Night electricity readings as they don't think they are correct. I have a Secure Liberty 100 Smart Meter which was in situ when I moved into the property. I was given no instructions how to read the blasted thing. Fortunately I found instructions online and discovered that pressing "6" brings up the readings.
I've read that the IMPT1B2 should be the day reading and IMPT1B1 should be the night reading. However, my readings are clearly the other way around as the IMPT1B1 reading is moving during the day (despite being the much smaller number). However, I also have a third reading called IMPT2B1 which I can't find a mention of online.
Pressing "9" on the meter, brings up the total amount of electricity used. I have added all three readings together and this amounts to the same figure. Therefore, I assume the third figure must be relevant.
Does anyone have any experience of this please. I have gas central heating and no problems with the gas meter.

Thank you, I will take a look. When I moved into the property, the energy was pre-payment. I think this might be the problem. I changed it to a credit account with a different provider.0 -
True night storage users will have the yearly night rate units higher than the day rates. Those who have got rid of their night storage heaters then its the other way round when the day rate is much higher than the night. Your smart meter will now be back to being a dumb meter if its moved away from the original supplier who fitted it so be careful and do not transpose the rates
Just check which rate is moving in the day, use the meter not the IHD. If IMP R 01 is advancing in the day then submit that as the day rate and vice versa. First 7 digits only are needed. There is a decimal point after the seventh digit
The total of the two is never needed by the occupier .The supplier will total the two rates if the occupier has a Eco 7 meter but has reverted to single rate billing.0 -

My Secure Liberty 100 from E.ON has IMP R 01 as the day and 02 as the night
On the Boost (Ovo ) website it lists Imp R01 as night rate..R02 as day

Ever since the cheaper digital meters appeared it seem they cannot be bothered to say "low "or "norm " or "night and day ".. Why bother displaying the word "IMP " for Import , it only confuses.
Secure Liberty meters are just ex business meters made in India, they even display the more confusing KVarh readings only used in business meters on the single rate meters and never ever used in any domestic supply in the UK.
They are also the only domestic digital meters to show more than the 5 digits that are ever needed.. Why eight digits ? They are only needed in business meters recording millions of units
..but they are cheap to buy by an uncaring bunch of penny pinching suppliers who are not interested in how the end user has to struggle. All in all a really rubbish cheap and nasty meter!0
