Lost PCN Appeal (CPM) Outside my house after accident...

Hi There
I hope someone can help as I'm fuming lol... (3 PCNs from CPM)
I was in an accident and moved my vehicle to the front of my property (displaying my resident permit in the window as always) so that it could be recovered by the garage to fix. I went inside my home and within the next 30mins i was given a PCN by CPM who manage parking on my development. I have a police reference number for my accident and all relevant paperwork to backup the fact I had been involved in one...
A week later the garage returned my car and it was positioned on my driveway behind the courtesy car (which i was using my resident permit for) and with no permit displayed for around half an hour (my business partner was parked in the visitor bay displaying my visitor permit at the time). Another ticket...
Third time I had mistakenly placed the visitor permit in my vehicle after a long night working, and again received a ticket for displaying the wrong permit whilst parked on my driveway in the same car that is always parked there, and that the warden must see every day on his rounds with the correct permit...
As the home owner and parking bay owner I feel Very Very aggrieved at the behaviour of CPM and wondered if I have a leg to stand on fighting them as I for-see my remaining 2 appeals being shut down by them like the first one... Is it worth going to the IAS I've heard they're just as bad...
Sorry for the long rant, I really would appreciate any advice...
Thanks!!:j

if you read the NEWBIES thread you would know the IAS is a waste of time and pointless
only a judge can decide the outcome and give you the answers that you seek
ideally, get the M.A. of the development to get them cancelled because they signed the parking contract with the sc@mmers known as CPM0 -
What does your lease say, or not say about parking, parking permits, paying a parking scammer, or parking scammers being able to take you to court?
Your lease/AST has primacy of contract over anything a third party scammers says.
Please complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
Is it worth going to the IAS I've heard they're just as bad...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
