hi
not sure if anyone here can help me or even if im posting in right forum
i have been charged by paypal when i tried to withdraw money to my account but the account was closed(i recently changed my bank account but believed both stayed open)
they charged fourteen pound as money could not go inti my old account
now i know fourteen pound is not a great amount its the principal
can anyone help me or have an ideas where i can go
