Hi guys
Does anyone have any recent costs for connecting a new build property to the main sewer on the road? I understand there are private companies as well as the water board that can do this and obv the private companies would be cheaper by a lot id hope.
thanks

If you can work out how to get a quote from the other companies.
Any that I contacted were only interested in large developments.
Can't tell you how much ours cost as we connected onto shared pipes and the last house in the row was our own, so we connected to it ourselves.
Just paid £1,100 to have a new water meter connection from Severn Trent after we ran the blue pipe down 60 metres to the road ourselves. God knows how much they'd have charged to do the whole thing!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
