Starling current account and Raisin

Has anyone who has a Raisin account from before the Starling tie-up managed to subsequently also set up a Starling current account? If so, how did you go about this? It seems there is an issue as the registration processes are different but you are unable to register a second time, so can't have a Starling current account if you already have a Raisin savings account.

The Starlings seem to be stumped themselves and aren't forthcoming with a resolution.

I have already spoken to your help desk, twice, about the matter. First time I got cut off some 5 minutes into the call. Second time I was told the problem had been recorded and someone would get back to me. That was 2 days ago. Not impressed.:(
