I would make sure it makes sense at least. Remember that you might be questioned about it by the judge, so it is important to know what you are talking about.
  • Le_Kirk,

I have now updated that, hopefully now makes more sense that the waffle I had written.

Does anyone else see anything amiss with this defense or anything that could cause issues overall?

Thanks for all the help everyone!
  • Just updating people that I have emailed my defenses across to CCBCAQ@justice.gov.uk, given the fact that I did AOS online.

Is submitting them via email with a PDF attachment acceptable to do? I did get a confirmation email.

    Thanks

Well I think it is. I would not have written post #2 above otherwise.

    Perhaps others will confirm. ;)
  • Ahh apologies KeithP having one of those moments, where its time to press the big red button and got worried.

    Thanks, defenses now submitted.

Thank you everyone who helped me get to this point.
  • Hi All,

So got an update on this one so will update the original post, however have a few questions.

I have received particulars of claim on 2 of the 4 cases present in this thread, if I was to upload them in a secure channel would someone be able to advise me if I need to amend my defence in any way?

    Thanks in advance.

Oh and a final note 1 of 4 of these has been struck out already (not sure if I can use that against the others but was based on the claimant not providing particulars in time) and the last of the 4 cases has gone completely quiet which is a bit odd?

Please don't bother updating your original post.

Anything you need to say should be written as a reply.

    Revising a Defence is expensive.
  • Hi Keith,

Have done this, more of just a dated stamp in my original post to show others who are in the same boat how the process is proceeding, thought it might be helpful.
