Hello,
Has anyone successfully terminated their contract with CLC or resold their fractional rights? I have been members for 2 years and it is not what was sold to me and does not suit our needs. I'm looking to find a way out. Has anyone successfully managed to do this and if so how? Do resale companies work?
Help please!

If you can show misrepresentation in the sales process, then your best bet may be to make a claim against your credit card issuer under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. You should be prepared for CLC to deny everything so be very certain of your facts before you start. The fact that is only 2 years ago may help as people's memories are likely to be more certain than if your bought it 5, 10 or 20 years ago0
