Does anyone know where I can buy plastics battery tabs? I want the ones that you get when you buy a new gadget and they stop the battery connecting. I looked all over the internet with no joy.

Loads if you Google "battery insulating pull tab" however they're only sold in large quantities.
If you only need a couple then would cutting up a piece of card/plastic do?0 -
Thanks for your replies. Never knew I'd have to order so many and that they would be so expensive. I've got some clear acetate. Would that be safe to use?0

just butcher a washed, clear, coke bottle with some scissors. You can make a round disks or a pull, but in some situations a bit thick.petunia100 wrote: »Just to seperate the battery from the connectors in transite.0 -
Depending on the exact circumstances, there is lots of waste plastic around waiting to be re-purposed. Or, as above, paper or cardboard.0
