Just wanted to send a thanks for the newbies thread, I followed it and sent off the first appeal letter (slightly amended) & SIP Parking cancelled the fine as I'd put in the wrong registration plate into the payment meter.
They had told me over the phone and via email that I was out of the appeal window but I sent the letter off anyway and it's all sorted.
