Neighbours condensate pipe is damping our Garage wall.

    Having had the need to look into this issue before, the post that states that your neighbours bolier installation is not compliant with the rules that apply is correct.

    Your neighbour needs to fix the installation issue, so that your house is not affected.

    If they refuse to do so, you can go down the court route or the local council can look into this. But you don't really want a dispute registeted, if you own the house and the dispute is found on searches.

    Plenty of information online about such boiler dispute issues and the rules that apply.

    There's a large difference between the flue and the condensate pipe. One allows the passing of air and waste gases, the other just carries acidic water.
