Landmark mortgages put 7 late payment markers on credit file

Good evening I am losing the will to live landmark mortgages have placed 7 consecutive late payment markers on my credit file despite me actually paying them sometimes overpaying some months I have showed them the payments made and still they will not remove the markers on my credit file anyone able to assist in what I do next etc or what letters I write to them ?

Hi, if you are saying that the seven late payment markers are all inaccurate, then you need to make a written complaint. Include supporting evidence with the complaint. You can escalate to the ICO if the inaccuracies are not corrected.

Ie every payment was settled with cleared funds on or before the due date?

If you overpaid some months did you pay less on subsequent months?

It’s very strange they’re reporting late payments if you’ve made them on time
