Hi!
I cannot find a single website that has all the medical/scientific/engineering conferences/expos/events.
Eventbrite is ridiculous, it only has yoga and how-to-become-rich-through-real-estate stupidities.
Any idea?

That's because there isn't one.
Why would anyone be interested in such a range of events?0 -
There isn't any for medical only as well.0

Have you tried Google?0

That''s because there are thousands of such events around the world across industries, subjects and format. Everything from huge trade shows in Las Vegas to small academic conferences and company user groups. There's even an annual conference for conference organisers.
You need to be a little more specific in what you are looking for and why.0 -
Most professions will post on their own websites, rather than a generic one that might attract people with little knowledge of the specialism. There is no reason that they would post onto a generic website. Presumably even in the medical world, people are more likely to attend conferences in their preferred genre. That doesn't mean to say that others outside the genre cannot join websites outside their own specialism - I'm sure that some paediatricians, for example, will be members of DSMIG (Down's Syndrome Medical Interest Group), and will therefore find information about any relevant events from there.
Perhaps you need to decide on which area of interest you want to pursue, and research options from there. Some conferences will only be available to members of certain groups or professions. Others will be charged at quite high prices, so are only likely to be attended by those with a specific interest or association. I doubt if many medical staff, for example, would be interested enough to attend the wide range of conferences available, even if they had time.
As a parent of a child with multiple disabilities, I have to choose which conferences are likely to be most beneficial. I know of several each year, but time constraints, budget, and responsibilities mean that I cannot attend every one. I have to choose carefully - someone in full time employment may have even more constraints such as booking time off (or persuading employers to agree that it is beneficial to their role).0
