CPM Parking ticket - I've appealled and heard nothing back

Hello all,
I received a PCN for parking in what I thought was a legitimate parking space with no yellow lines and have been for a good 6 months having not seen any signage in the area
I then rceived the PCN on 29/01 and appealed. I didn't give my name or address but I am concerned that as i have been parking there for a long time and hadn't been ticketed ever.
I also have photos of my car next to another car on the road way being the only one with a ticket
Do i pay the fine as I know now I shouldn't have been parked on that property or is it just a scam as all the other threads suggest?
Thanks!

I wouldnt pay them a penny
they may well reply in a reasonable time period, because the BPA give their members 35 days to reply so lets assume these are the same, meaning you are impatient
any reply will deny your appeal anyway, so why worry ?
they have 6 years to issue a court case0 -

Such questions are unofficially banned! COME ON!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
