Hi,
Does anyone know what is included in the Gold kitchen package A2 in a David Wilson home. We are looking to buy one in Tarporley, Cheshire.
Also if any one else has purchased one of there properties, could you negotiate the house price and what incentives did you ask for and where they agreed.

There are a lot of threads on here about David Wilson homes I would suggest you read them before you buy one. It might save you a lot of hassle.0

Our DWH sales guy couldn’t really explain the difference between standard and gold kitchen package, other than it’s an upgrade. If it helps, they use Electrolux/AEG appliances and upon reservation you’ll find out makes/models. As for kitchen top, don’t expect stone or marble(!), though depending on how far into the build your property is, you can probably upgrade yourself.0

I think you expect to get the Midas sink and Noble Metal taps, appliances by Au and Hallmark, and 79 draw and cupboard fronts.... Flooring is exclusive, by Panhandle.
What you probably get with gold - standard!
