Halifax mortgage PPI

The only reason I mentioned it is because I know someone who had a claim declined because he couldn't claim JSA due to recieving redundancy.

In that scenario, he probably had PILON for x months and a redundancy lump sum. He couldnt sign on during those x months. Once outside of the PILON period, he could sign on and claim on the policy. Even if he got the tends of thousands in a redundancy payment.
