Free Photo Editing Software?

Hi Guys, hope your all well.....!

Does anyone know of any free to download, easy to use, but effective photo editing software.

I only want it for minor alterations, red eye fixes, cropping, black & white etc...

Any thoughts?????

^^^LOL^^^ sorry if you werent joking. If you dont mind anything illegal you cou ld download photoshop cs2. its not really illegal because they dont sell cs2 anymore.
