I'd prefer to just get it out of the way and forget about it, definitely don't want to risk the fees increasing0
-
The 'fees' are unlikely to increase, in fact you are more likely to pay less if you end up in Court.
Of course there is the issue of having to attend and 'loss of earnings' which is more of a priority to some but if you can live with paying these despicable scammers (VCS are one of the worst!!) helping them to carry on scamming people that's your choice, personally and out of principle I wouldn't pay them unless ordered to by a Judge.0 -
Yeah I don't have the time or interest in going to court over this, like all of us haha! Yeah they're cowboys, I hope that eventually something is changed within the law to clamp down on these. I'm afraid that I just can't commit to trawling forums and links to come up with something which I don't quite understand0

OK, then sit back in the comfort that you are continuing the funding stream that allows these rogues to pursue people less able to afford to 'just pay'.
Good bye.0 -
Sitting in comfort is definitely not the case at all Keith! However nothing is going to change until the law does0

The more losses they suffer the better. The more courts see the problem they are, the better
Neither is achieved by paying, especially not that crazy amount.
