Parking Eye - Aldi And Court Claims

Lets put to bed the belief that Exclusive Car Parks involving ALDI do not end up at court.
This is simply not the case, i saw 4 court claims last year involving this particular set up.. If any long term regular users want to drop me a PM i will explain it, but it is not to be broadcast on this forum as to how i know.
Suffice to say ive probably seen more claims on here then most other uses.

If you can't provide evidence, it didn't happen. We didn't need another thread to have this same "discussion".0

Really....... why on earth would I make up the fact I have seen more then 1 aldi court claim. It defies belief. I know they exist.......
If you choose not to believe that then that is up to you.....0 -
You could give the court claim ref - somethign that is externally verifiable, basically.0

No doubt Kirkbyinfurnesslad or nottsphil or whatever username you want you will be paying those claims as per your 'old guarantee' then0 -
All the signs that I have seen in an Aldi car park, require scaffolding, safety harness and a magnifying glass to read them
Alternatively, a DSLR camera with at least a 300mm lens & you would need to be closePrivate Parking Tickets - Make sure you put your Subject Access Request in after 25th May 2018 - It's free & ask for everything, don't forget the DVLA0 -
a mate down the pub , who,s sister was going out with a bloke called Brian , says his mate was taken to court by parking eye
must be true
however this blokes sister (in law) says she does her shopping at Asda0 -
Is this parking eye, or private eye?
As far as I know, court cases are public domain, so there should be case number fir each.
As for parking eye and ALDI there's yet the be a confirmed court case, the inly exception I suppose, would be at a shared site where ALDI are tennants with other retailers etc sharing the same car parkFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Strange post for a newbie, who also wanted data about the Taff Ely Parking Action Group.
Maybe you are unaware that you are not meant to post about PPR'd users.
Odd, though, that you know names from many years ago.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
