Unused train ticket Charge back on credit card

I bought a train ticket that I did not use does this quality for eligibility for a charge back

No unless the train was cancelled.
If the journey took place but you were unable to travel or changed your mind, basically its tough!0 -
Have you enquired with whoever you purchased the ticket from about obtaining a refund?
Although even if refunds are available there may be an administration fee to pay.

Many tickets are refundable minus an admin fee, check with whoever you purchased it from. A chargeback is not appropriate.0

When I book I use trainline.com. On the two occasions that I have booked tickets but not collected them they have refunded me automatically, minus a small admin fee, without any request from me.0
