Where in the UK are house prices going to rise most dramatically?

Places that are currently cheap - but have a good broadband connection.
Historically, I would say Liverpool was more expensive (relative to London etc) than it is today.
Plus, if ever there's a major problem in the UK - you can easily escape to Ireland by boat!
Overall though - I expect UK house prices to fall in the longer term.
Most of the industry and manufacturing growth is going to be in central Europe - for obvious logistical and supply reasons.0 -
Suffolk is the unspoken little gem in the UK where many have not caught on yet, close to London, but outstanding countryside and space. The fact is that the population is still rapidly expending and besides the daft racist Brexit that is no ongoing immigration is still high and there are many area I can think of that are going to rocket in price before this year is out and 2020
Isn't Suffolk already expensive though?0
