While I was on a DMP through Stepchange, I had 2 accounts with JD Williams, one as Jacamo and one as Premier man.

Of the companies that I was dealing with in my DMP I found Jacamo and PM the easiest and the most understanding to deal with. Even once I took over handling the DMP myself, both Jacamo and PM were easy to deal with.
Neither of the accounts picked up defaults during my DMP, they just showed an arrangement to pay each month.
Once my DMP finished and I had cleared all my debts, Jacamo and PM were more than happy to re-instate full use of my accounts.

My situation with my accounts maybe very different to yours OP, but hopefully you find the experience as good as I did.
