Negatives on GF's credit report

Hi Everyone
Me and my girlfriend are looking in to getting our first home and along with that will need to get a mortgage. To make sure that we are in a good position we both checked our credit report and whilst mine is fine my girlfriend has some negatives on there that personally I don't think they are legitimate and would like some advice on how to remove them or at least minimise the impact they might have.
1 Arrears and default on T Mobile account. My girlfriend cancelled her T-Mobile account in November 2013 and they failed to take her final payment via direct debit and instead passed the info to a recovery company that contacted her and stated that there was a closing out balance of £14.88. She made this payment in early January 2014 and somewhere along the line T Mobile failed to process this and marked the account as in arrears and continued to do so for 5 more month until she made a second payment in June 2016 and the account was marked as defaulted for 2 days and then satisfied. We have gone through her bank statements and can show the that payment was first made in January and then again in June.
2 Missed/late payment of Barclaycard. For 2 months in 2014 the account is shown as in arrears. The reality is that the DD was taken early on both occasions. The DD was sent up to come out on the 1st bit Barclay card requested the payment on the 29th one month and the 30th the other time. She was paid the last day of the month hence setting payment after this time each month.
I personally think both of these are unjust as she has done nothing to contribute to them. Any help would be hugely appreciated

If you believe in these magic figures, then you will worry too much!
It's Sunday, take yous lass out house hunting and then have tea out. That way you will not worry abbot it!0 -
Well the first one she didn't help herself, why pay twice when you paid the debt in the first place. As long as the DD was correctly setup why did your gf not put a complaint in.
Re the BC card I'm not sure if the date for the DD was at fault.0
