    Yes but that still needs more changes to get the OP to Holborn. Plus Victoria's not as central as Waterloo.

    Getting onto a more frequent, later-running service to a more central station might help, especially if it's closer to East Sheen. Both Cheam and Sutton benefit from the fast Heathrow-Croydon bus service that New Malden has, and Gatwick is easily drivable.
